Our ER Team Hotshot utilizes either a Water Truck or ER Retardent Tender.
Class B fires involve flammable and combustible liquids such as gasoline, alcohol, oil-based paints, lacquers. Therefore, extinguishers with a B rating are designed to extinguish fires involving flammable and combustible liquids. Each Driver carries Class B extinguishers in their truck. In the event of an emergency or accidental spill. Our trucks are ARFF Certified.
ARFF CERTIFICATION
ARFF Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting training is a specialized category of fire fighting involving airport ground emergencies. Training includes: Airport Firefighter, Driver Operator, Refueling Specialized Trucks.
Part 139 certification for Hotshots.
All delivery trucks are equipped with Class B fire extinguishers as shown here.
Class B foam is the ideal fire suppression choice for hazards involving flammable liquids. A foam blanket is formed that works to prevent the release of fuel vapor and separates the fuel from the air to burn.
